MINT Internship Program

About the Internship

The internship program at MINT is geared to provide a broad overview of the day-to-day operations of a music booking agency. MINT interns work closely with the Internship Coordinator and Agency Associates to accomplish the administrative tasks needed to support our roster of clients.

We want to ensure the experience is mutually beneficial for both the interns and staff. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, and looking to pursue a career in the music industry. A passion for live music is a must.

The Winter 2026 internship will be from January 26th to May 1st. Two days a week from 10am - 5pm.

Booking Intern (Chicago-based in person / Denver-based remote)

The Booking Intern will work directly with Agent teams to ensure the administrative needs of the roster are fulfilled. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • The reachout and collection of ticket sales for ticket count reports

  • Gaining an understanding of deal types & entering offers into the contracts database

  • Assisting Agents with A&R by collecting stats and researching potential new clients

  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in the music industry is a plus, but a passion for live music is a must

  • Attention to detail and the ability to self-manage

  • Proficiency with administrative tasks and a strong sense of organization

  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
