Women In Music Mentorship Program 🤘
The Women of MINT came together to form the Women’s Mentorship Program in hopes of empowering future women and nonbinary leaders within the industry. The program is designed to create a safe space for open dialogue and collaboration while providing guidance and education around topics within live music. We believe that mentors and mentees have the wisdom to gain from one another and hope to foster an environment that elevates future leaders within the live music community.
